For Women - Waist size should not exceed 32 inches.
For Men - Waist size should not exceed 37 inches.
You are at greater risk of high blood pressure and cholesterol levels due to increased waist sizes.
Size of Head

Measurements:
For Women - Avg. head size is 21 to 22.5 inches.
For Men - Avg. head size is 22 to 23 inches.
Pelvis
Pelvis size is crucial in childbirth as it has to be big enough for the baby to come out. Women with narrow pelvises could need a Caesarean section.

Lie down and measure the distance between the two hip bones that jut out. An average pelvis is 11 to 12 inches.
Neck
