Calorie Intake
A diet-plan for 600 calorie food per day
Early Morning:
1 glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon added to it.
Morning breakfast: Any one or two of the following items.
- 1 cup of tea or coffee with a little milk added to it. Use saccharin instead of sugar.
- Any small fruit (except banana)
- 2 or 3 small tomatoes or cucumbers
- Non-vegetarians can take an egg.
Mid-day Meal:
- First of all, chew properly 2 or 3 small cucumbers or tomatoes with one or two pieces of bread
- Half a bowl of any low calorie veg.
- Half a bowl of a soup.
- Non-vegetarians can take a little piece of meat (without fat) or fish.
Afternoon tea/early evening:
As per morning breakfast
Supper:
As per the mid-day meal except for the rice.
