Calorie Intake
A diet-plan for 800 calorie food per day
Early Morning:1 glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon added to it.
Morning breakfast: Any one or two of the following items.
- 3/4 cup of milk without sugar or 1 cup of tea or coffee with a little milk. (Use saccharin as a substitue for sugar)
- One egg
- 2 or 3 small tomatoes or cucumbers
Mid-day Meal:
- First of all, chew properly 2 or 3 small cucumbers or tomatoes with one or two pieces of bread
- A slice of bread or chapati
- One small bowl of veg soup with low calorie - Moong soup
- Non-vegetarians can take a little piece of meat (without fat) or fish.
Afternoon tea/early evening: As per morning breakfast.
Supper: As per the mid-day meal with rice or khichari as a substitute for bread or chapatis.
