This is a simplest and most useful of warm-up exercise. Standing at one place and run for five minutes, keeping very slow pace but lifting of knees as high as possible.
Moving your shoulders up and down and simultaneously inhale and exhale with fists tight-closed. Repeating this process for 5 min helps shoulders movement. Keep distance of about 1.5 ft in your feet and move both hands straight in line with the shoulder, inhaling deep. Then move the hands back to original position exhaling. |
