Warm-Up
Some preparatory actions, which necessarily preceed the daily exercises, are called 'Warm-Up'.
Why at all?
- Warm-up actions help you remove stiffness of your muscles.
- These actions prepare the muscles for the exercise.
- Cold muscles are prone to injuries.
- There is every possibility of post exercise pain, which is reduced by warm-up actions.
- Daily warm-up before long workout helps reduce the general stiffness of our body.
Warm-up actions like spot running, lateral shoulder movement, inline movement, fast breathing (inhale-exhale in rhythm with movement) are some of the simple warm-up actions that will help you remain fit for a planned exercise.
General Instructions for exercises
- Its better to exercise on empty stomach and early in the morning.
- Empty your urinary bladder before starting the exercises.
- If you go breathless during exercise, you should stop for sometime and restart at a low space.
- At the end you must not feel exhausted but should feel fresh and full with vigor.
